I received excellent customer service from the start. I called the day before Good Friday to schedule an appointment for an oil change. I figured an opening in the schedule would be unlikely due to the holiday. Colby, the service manager, said they were pretty booked but he would check the schedule and get back to me. He called back 10 mins later and said they could get me in on Friday at 9 am. The great service continued on the day of the appt. The oil change was completed in a timely manner while I waited. Both Colby and the owner, Robert, were extremely pleasant. They explained some additional work that was recommended but I felt no sales tactics or "pressure" to get it done "right away". I even received a follow up call regarding the work that was done and my satisfaction with the service. I will definitely be a return customer for future service.

I had a great experience. I showed up on a Thursday morning with axle issues and several other maintenances items that needed to be addressed. They inspected the vehicle top to bottom and found all the issues. Their pricing was half the cost of he dealership and done right! They promised when it would be completed and it was on time. 1998 Mercedes E300D. We replaced a leaking fuel shut off valve under warranty. We also resealed the leaking outlet valves on the fuel injection pump.
Worked on the 2005 NISSAN Altima. Replaced a leaking A/C hose and evacuated and recharged the Air conditioning system. Replaced a leaking steering rack & pinion. Did a front brake job with rotors due to warped rotors. Replaced a leaking valve cover gasket. Did an oil & filter service.
On a 2008 Benz E350 we diagnosed fluid leak and found a bad gasket between the oil cooler and the oil filter housing. We replaced it and cleaned off the oil residue as needed.
We are working on a 2006 Benz E350. The third brake light was inoperative. We traced out an open circuit between the rear SAM and the middle brake light assembly and repaired a broken wire.
We are working on a 2008 BMW 335i. We are pressure testing the coolant system for leaks.
Working on a 2001 Lexus LS430. Drivers door inner door handle doesn't work. We are replacing the cable from the inner door handle to the door latch mechanism.

Working on a 2016 Mercedes GLE350. We inspected for needed maintenance and completed the Mercedes 40,000 mile maintenance service which included an engine oil and filter service and replacing both sets of cabin air filters. We also replaced the engine air filter and the spark plugs.
Working on a 2010 Volvo XC60 T6. We diagnosed a vibration noise from the vehicle that only happened when the vehicle was put in to reverse and we inspected for needed maintenance. We replaced the right front engine mount and the engine torque rod mount to alleviate the noise and we completed an engine oil and filter service.
Working on a 2014 Mercedes GL450. We inspected for needed maintenance and completed the Mercedes 60,000 mile maintenance service which included changing the engine oil and filter and replacing the spark plugs.
Working on a 2000 BMW 323i Sport Wagon. We diagnosed a noise from the rear of the vehicle when driving and found the constant velocity joints in the drive axles to be worn out. We replaced both rear drive axles and test drove the vehicle. No further issues were found.
Working on a 2009 BMW 335i. We inspected the steering and suspension system for wear and inspected the vehicle for needed maintenance. We replaced the front lower control arm bushings, replaced the engine air filter, replaced the cabin air filter, installed wiper blades, completed the N54 engine oil and filter service and performed an alignment after the repairs were done.
Working on a 2004 BMW 325i. We diagnosed an issue with the vehicle cranking but not starting. We found the fuel pump was defective. We replaced the fuel pump and test drove the vehicle. No further issues were found.
Working on a 2004 Mercedes S430. We diagnosed an issue with the Airmatic suspension light coming on and inspected for needed maintenance. We replaced the left front air strut, completed the Mercedes B Service which included an engine oil and filter change and replacing the cabin air filters, we replaced the valve cover gaskets due to an oil leak and we installed new wiper blades.
Working on a 2003 BMW 525i. We completed the BMW M54 engine oil and filter service and inspected for needed maintenance.
Working on a 2008 Mini Cooper S. We completed the Mini N14 engine oil and filter service and inspected for needed maintenance.
Working on a 2008 Lexus RX350. We inspected the vehicle for needed maintenance and inspected the brake system for wear. We secured a splash shield under the vehicle that was causing a noise when going down the highway and we replaced the front brake pads and rotors.
Working on a 2010 Mercedes ML350. We inspected the brake system for wear due to the brakes making noise when stopping and inspected for needed maintenance. We removed the front and rear brake pads and cleaned up and lubricated all of the hardware and we replaced the engine mounts.
Working on a 2007 BMW 530i. We diagnosed an issue with the check engine light "CEL" coming on and we replaced the leak detection pump (DTML).
Replaced Evaporator core in a 2008 Mazda 3 because the old one was leaking. Evacuated and recharged the R134a Freon. Topped off the antifreeze as some is lost when the heater core is disconnected.
Working on a 2008 Ford Taurus. We diagnosed an issue with the vehicle not wanting to go when put in to drive or reverse right after the vehicle was started. We replaced the transmission output shaft speed sensor.
Working on a 2011 BMW 335i. We pressure tested the cooling system for leaks due to the low coolant light being on and signs of oil in the coolant and we inspected for needed maintenance. We replaced the oil cooler seal, replaced the expansion tank and cap, replaced the engine air filter, replaced the cabin air filter and we bled and flushed the brake fluid system.
Working on a 2011 Mercedes GL450. We completed the Mercedes 70,000 mile maintenance service that included the engine oil and filter change, the cabin air filter and the engine air filters.
